proud to announce the next organised and run by volunteers event
9th
SKIP EVENT 
& Community Litter Pick

with
Sovereign Surgery, BBQ, Balloon Modelling, Magic Show, Treasure Hunting & Clean the Area Community Litter Pick

on Saturday & Sunday
14-15th April 2012
from 10am till 4pm

Location: at the garage area in Hunters Hill as usual

SKIP OPEN BOTH DAYS from10am till 4pm.

The minimum of £1 donations for use the skip are gratefully received, which will be used towards the upkeep and improvements of the woods,
& other 
public events organised by The Friends of Omers Gully Wood.

Skips will be located at the garage area in Hunters Hill for use by residents of ;-

  • Southwood Gardens
  • Sandbrooke Walk
  • Brookside Walk
  • Stones Walk

We take the following items for disposal:

Skipable - furniture, garden waste, general household waste, rubble

Non-skipable - batteries, computer equipment, electrical items,
fluorescent tubes, gas cylinders, paint, plasterboard, TVs/monitors, tyres, 
drummed liquid waste and white goods

The following items will be recycled where possible:
metal, appliances, usable furniture, etc.

NO TRADE WASTE PLEASE!

Sack truck & Wheelbarrow available on request


SKIP EVENTS are being organised by
The Friends of Omers Gully Wood
twice a year on a regular basis to reduce fly-tipping & are funded by Sovereign Housing Association & West Berkshire Council.

Let's go to MONEY WORLD! 


The Friends of Omers Gully Wood are already started to organise a day trip to visit the famous 
Monkey World 
by an organised 47 seater coach,
from Burghfield Common to Dorset and back.

We are currently open for date suggestions and measuring interest.
